Expert Nurse Witness Group is a specialist provider of nursing expert witness services across the United Kingdom.
We offer independent, evidence-based nursing opinion in relation to civil, criminal, family, and regulatory matters. Our role is to provide clear, balanced, and professionally reasoned reports within the scope of nursing practice.
Our experts are experienced registered professionals with substantial clinical backgrounds and an understanding of medico-legal reporting requirements.
All experts are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and work within their professional scope of practice.
We do not publish individual expert profiles as standard because our nursing experts have a right to professional privacy and personal data protection. This approach is in line with data protection principles, including data minimisation, purpose limitation and appropriate control over personal information. Enquiries are reviewed by the group and matched to an appropriately qualified NMC-registered nursing expert within the relevant scope of practice. A relevant expert CV can be provided on request once the instruction has been reviewed and suitability has been confirmed.
We do not operate as a third-party introducer or broker. Our service is delivered by nursing professionals who understand clinical practice, medico-legal reporting, and the duties owed by expert witnesses.
