Full CPR 35 Expert Report

Comprehensive independent report on breach of duty, causation, standards of care, and clinical decision‑making

Fee: £1,200 – £1,800 (depends on case complexity and record volume)

Collaborative document outlining areas of agreement and disagreement between experts, CPR‑compliant

Fee: £450 – £650 (fixed fee)

Provide oral evidence in court, including travel and waiting time

Fee: £150 per hour or £900 per full day

Supplementary Report – £350 – £500

Record Review Beyond 3 Hours – £120 per hour

Travel Time – £50 per hour

Mileage – £45 per mile

• Within 48 hours of scheduled court date → full daily rate

• Within 7 days → 50% of daily rate

• Invoices payable within 30 days unless agreed otherwise

• Fees exclusive of VAT (if applicable)

• Travel and accommodation charged at cost
